Understanding Where I’m At
- A self-assessment provides individuals with an opportunity to better understand their mental health and well-being challenges, needs and strengths.
- Factors related to mental health distress and mental wellness are weighted within an evidence-based algorithm.
- Individuals receive a summary of their self-identified challenges, opportunities for improvement and areas of strength.
- Information and resources are identified that match an individual’s current psychological, social and emotional well-being needs.

Recovery 101
Recovery101 is designed to support your journey in re-defining and re-establishing your life amidst mental health challenges. Co-produced by professionals and individuals with lived experience of mental illness, this course presents relevant information and practical strategies from various perspectives.
Overcoming Loneliness and Isolation
While loneliness and isolation are common experiences, learning about these experiences can give you a much better understanding on the impact they have and what can be done to reduce the negative effects on your life. This course will provide insights, perspectives, ideas, and concrete strategies to manage and overcome feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Developing Self Compassion
It’s easy to be kind to others we care about but it can be challenging to be kind to ourselves. Many people think that criticizing ourselves helps us to do better, but it often brings shame and guilt instead. This course will help you understand the role of self-compassion and its benefits, and will help you develop a habit of being kind to yourself.
