Understanding
Where I’m At

A self-assessment provides individuals with an opportunity to better understand their mental health and Well-Being challenges, needs and strengths.

Factors related to mental health distress and mental wellness are weighted within an evidence-based algorithm.

Individuals receive a summary of their self-identified challenges, opportunities for improvement and areas of strength.

Information and resources are identified that match an individual’s current psychological, social, emotional Well-Being needs.
