Created with the support of the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative, this course is designed to help you feel less alone and more empowered during this important transition.

In this course, you will:
- Learn about common emotional changes after having a baby
- Understand why it’s important to be kind to yourself
- Discover self-care strategies that really work
- Identify who can support you and how to ask for help
- Explore trusted resources for postpartum well-being
This course is supportive, inclusive, and easy to follow. It was developed by mental health professionals and individuals with lived experience, making it both relatable and practical.

Who should take this course?
This course is for you if:

- You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about this new stage of life

All parents and caregivers are welcome—including moms, dads, partners, and birthing people.
